How long have you been in business and do you have insurance?

   We started business in June of 2003. We have General Liability Insurance for $2,000,000.00

What is the rain policy?

   If you cancel due to weather, you must cancel 24 hours prior to delivery for a full refund. If you cancel at time of delivery, the 50% deposit will be non-refundable. Once we have arrived to your location, 100% is due with no exceptions.

What if it rains or there is lightning during the event?

   Climbing can still be done during light rains. However if there is any lightning or thunder, we reserve the right to shut the ride down until a minimum 15 minutes has passed with no lightning or thunder. There are no refunds due to weather conditions.

How far will you travel and how long will it take to set up?

   We have gone up to 3 hours away from Cambridge. We will look at all areas as an option. It will take 25 - 60 minutes to set up the climbing wall. It can take 4-6 hours to set up the Bungee Trampoline.

How many people can climb in an hour?

   30 - 60 depending on the level of experience of each climber.

Are your Rock Climbing Walls safe?

   Ultimate Climbing's # 1 priority is safety. Our walls were manufactured by Spectrum Sports in Utah, USA. They are an industry leader in portable rock climbing wall manufacturing. Our walls use an automatic belaying system which eliminates a free fall scenario. Please check out Spectrum Sports website for more information on our system.

Do you have any weight or age restrictions?

   We have had people aged 2 - 72 climb the wall. The manufacturer suggests no one over 250 lbs climb for safety reasons.

What do I get with my bubble soccer rental?

    The soccer arena and 6 bubbles. We will set up the arena for you.

Where do I get the stand up paddle boards and do you deliver?

    We do not deliver and the may be picked up at 57 Victoria Ave, Cambridge ON

How long does it take to fill the lagoon for the water sports?

    It is recommended to arrange a water truck to fill up the lagoon. With an average garden hose it will take approximately 8 to 10 hours.

Are the water rollers safe, how long can you stay in them?

    They are open on both ends so there is a constant airflow to the riders.
